Processing & Delivery Time
Normal Season

Orders placed before 9 AM will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Orders placed after 9 AM will be shipped on the next working day.

Processing time: within 24 working hours after payment is made.

Delivery time: 1–3 working days via Ninja Van (Peninsular) or Pos Laju 5-7 working days (Sabah & Sarawak).
Peak Season / Sale Period

Processing time: up to 72 working hours after payment.

Delivery time: 3–5 working days, depending on courier and order volume.

Tracking & Delivery Status

Tracking number will be emailed once the courier picks up your parcel.

Important Notes
- All orders will be processed within 1-3 working day(s) of receiving payment for readystocks items during the normal season.
- All orders for pre-order basis items are subjected to the date (ETA) specified on the website.
- Tracking number will be provided via email. Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate once the "Order Shipped" email has been sent.
- Please note once the parcel is handed to the courier, the parcel is under the courier responsible. We will not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any problem or loss.
- No refund is allowed if the unclaimed parcel is returned to us. All shipping charges will be borne by the customer in order to have it posted out again.
