GARMENT CARE & AFTER WEAR POLICY

At Qiszar, we are committed to delivering high-quality modest wear crafted from premium materials such as chiffon, brocade, French lace, beads, Lexie crepe, and other delicate fabrics.

Due to the nature of these materials, extra care is required when handling, wearing, and washing each piece.

1. Product Care Responsibility

All Qiszar pieces come with a Wash Care Guide. Customers are advised to strictly follow the recommended care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of the garment.

To preserve the quality and longevity of each garment, customers are advised to follow the recommended wash care instructions carefully.

Qiszar may not be able to accommodate claims arising from the following conditions::

  • Improper washing methods (machine wash, incorrect detergent, etc.)
  • Excessive wringing or harsh handling
  • Exposure to high heat (iron/steam not according to guideline)
  • External factors during usage (snagging, friction, accessories, etc.)

2. After Wear & Tear

Once the item has been:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Used beyond initial try-on

The garment will be considered under after-wear condition.

Under this condition, Qiszar does not accept:

  • Refund requests
  • Exchanges
  • Claims for damages such as colour fading, fabric wear, or beads loosening

3. Delicate Material Disclaimer

Products with:

  • Beads / embellishments
  • Lace / embroidery
  • Lightweight fabrics (chiffon, crepe, etc.)

Are naturally delicate and may experience minor changes over time with usage. This is not considered a manufacturing defect. Slight irregularities or natural texture variations are part of the garment’s handcrafted and delicate finishing.

4. Quality Assurance Before Delivery

All items undergo Quality Control (QC) before shipping to ensure they are in good condition.

Customers are advised to:

  • Inspect items upon receiving
  • Report any defects before wearing or washing

5. Defect Claim Eligibility

We only accept defect claims if:

  • Reported within 24–48 hours upon receiving
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Claims submitted after usage or washing may not fall under defect claim eligibility.

6. Repair Support (Goodwill Basis)

For minor issues such as loose beads or minor stitching, Qiszar may offer repair guidance or support on a goodwill basis. However:

  • This is not guaranteed
  • Subject to case evaluation
